We kindly ask that you give us 12 hours notice if you need to change, cancel or reschedule an existing appointment out of respect for the therapist and other clients. If you cancel late or no-show an appointment once, a credit card will be required to schedule any future appointments with us. Any gift cards, vouchers or certificates of any kind associated with that appointment will be considered as redeemed.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out a client form and also enjoy a beverage and some magazine time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, there is high probability that you will have to reschedule.
